Boycott GAP, Old Navy & Banana Republic

I have been a customer of Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic for many years. I have always purchased 99% of all my gifts as well as my personal items at their stores. I recently purchased some gifts at one of their Old Navy Stores and proceeded to return the items a few months later, with the receipt. The sales associate proceeded to tell me I would have a credit mailed to me for $16.32.
I was infuriated. I had my receipt and the items were brand new with the tags but I was told that “Anything over 90 days gets the last sale price, period”. I proceeded to ask for the manager whom then advised me of this policy. I then explained that I can understand if I didn’t have my receipt but I had paid well over $50.00 and that it was stealing from their customers. She said sorry and went on her way.

Gap, Inc. is basically STEALING from customers. What a show of appreciation for its loyal customers.

I ask everyone who reads this to sign this petition and let this company know we will NOT tolerate this. They need to change their policy or lose our business.

This will be sent to the corporate offices of the Gap.
