As the web live thanks to PHP and exists a lot of PHP solutions like CMS, Blog, etc. And the features of PHP 5.3 and soon PHP 6.0

As Java Technology is a basis for other technologies.

Both have a great free community, and its communities are followers of free software.

Project Zero can be a final plataform to Java Developers, Groovy Developers, and PHP Developers, if adopts a license like GPL V3 will help to this project and free community grow up together, and make a path to make this technology a major solution.
