Uefa Champions League only for Champions

I think that only the champions should play champions league. This would give o bigger chance to the small clubs and bring back UEFA league to life. This way the rich clubs only get richer and small clubs only get smaller. And we should remember that some of the greatest players come from „poor“ clubs or „poor“ leagues. The way the things are now is against soccer and for the „business“.
