By this petition, users of Creative's portable media players (Zen Vision series) kindly asks for Creative to either release the firmware as open source code or update firmware for it's products on regular basis, since it's not doing updates as it should. By giving your vote, no matter you own Zen Vision player or not, you can change Creative's attitude towards it's users. By doing that other companies may follow with positive change in products support policy.
